By browsing this website, submitting a quote request, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Service Policy. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

We provide managed hosting and related digital services as listed on our Services and Pricing pages, including basic website hosting, business app hosting, WordPress, managed open-source apps, and migrations. Descriptions and PKR/USD prices on those pages form part of the order. Custom quotes apply where a plan is marked as market rate.

We host and operate the infrastructure. You do not receive direct server access. You remain responsible for your website content, application code, user data you collect, and legal compliance of your own project.

An order is confirmed when we accept it and payment is successfully processed. Online payments are collected by PayFast. Prices are shown in USD and PKR. Pakistan customers are billed in PKR unless we agree otherwise in writing. Recurring plans renew monthly until cancelled.

You must provide accurate billing details. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice. Chargebacks opened without first contacting cs@mefier.com may lead to immediate suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

You may not use Mefier services to:

• Host malware, phishing, spam, or stolen content
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights
• Run unlawful gambling, fraud, or other illegal activity under Pakistani law
• Attack, scan, or disrupt other systems
• Resell our unmanaged server access (we do not provide it)

We may suspend or terminate a service that violates this section. Fees already paid for the violated period are not refundable.

You own your content. You grant Mefier a limited licence to store, back up, and serve that content solely to provide the service. We may remove content that is illegal or that creates a security risk to the platform.

We monitor services and work to keep sites online, but hosting cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted. Maintenance windows, upstream network issues, and force majeure (including power, fibre, or Cloudflare incidents) may cause downtime. Monthly reports summarise uptime we observed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Mefier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service during the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may cancel as described in the Return & Refund Policy. We may terminate for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk, with notice where reasonably possible. After termination we retain backups for a short period, then delete instance data unless law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts in Jamshoro, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

We may update these terms for new services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page is the effective date. Material changes that affect paying customers will be emailed where we have a billing address on file.
