Mefier (“Mefier”, “we”, “us”) provides managed website hosting, open-source application hosting, and related DevOps services from our office in Pakistan. You can reach us at:

We collect only what we need to quote, deliver, bill, and support our services:

• Name, email address, company name, and project details from our contact form
• Billing name, invoice details, and payment confirmation from PayFast or your bank
• Support messages and service configuration needed to host your site or app
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and uptime

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare service quotes
• Provision, secure, monitor, and maintain hosted services
• Send invoices, monthly reports, and service notices
• Process payments through PayFast and handle refunds
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep our infrastructure secure

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Card, wallet, and bank payments are processed by PayFast (Avanza Premier Payment Services). Mefier does not store full card numbers on our servers. PayFast processes payment data under its own privacy and security controls. We receive payment status, transaction references, and the amount paid so we can activate or refund your service.

We use trusted processors to operate the business: Cloudflare (security and traffic), Resend (transactional email), and internal notification tools used only by our team. Each processor is given only the data needed for that task.

Our site uses a small theme preference stored in your browser so light or dark mode stays consistent. We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of protecting the site.

Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to complete your request and for legitimate accounting records. Billing records are retained as required under Pakistani tax and company law. Hosting logs are rotated on a regular schedule unless a security investigation requires longer retention.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Email support@mefier.com or cs@mefier.com and we will respond within 14 days.

We use HTTPS, Cloudflare Tunnel (no open origin ports), access controls, and least-privilege operations. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and to notify affected customers if a legally reportable incident occurs.

We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is the effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
